Achieving one’s health goals, whatever they may be (in terms of health and fitness), is sometimes over-complicated by the many health and fitness websites, books, magazines etc that are out there. Not to mention, what they say is often effected by advertising or monetary intentions that their authors are bound to (ie: affiliation with supplement companies, sport groups etc).

This site is here to “un-complicate” these things for athletes, coaches, general fitness enthusiasts and whoever else to get the most out of their training. This is to be achieved by putting everything in understandable terms, but at the same time providing reliable information that has been proven or tested.

A lot of what I write may have personal experience attached onto it, but one thing I’d like readers to understand; is that when it comes to health and fitness, just because one thing applies to yourself and myself, doesn’t mean it applies to the next person.

I hope you find everything here useful, and feel free to comment, I’m always open to ideas, requests or opinions.
